Drop It Like It’s Hot and other things I did this summer.

Since until Monday, it had been a few months since my last entry, I figured you might be curious where the past few months have taken us.

If my last post in June didn’t tip you off, money’s been on my mind. We really want to move next summer, but we really REALLY want to get out of debt first. With that said, our summer’s been relatively quiet. A few afternoons in the park is about as far as we’ve traveled.

The biggest news is probably that David started a new, full-time job. That’s right; after several years as a successful freelancer, my husband decided he wanted to spend more time with me and Miles (and Barney). It’s definitely been quite an adjustment for him to get used to sitting in a cubicle for most of the day, but I think he’s adapting quite nicely.

And I get to see a lot more of this…

…which I love.
