Da da da da…

That’s right; our boy can talk! Okay, well, our boy can string random syllables together into his own personal language of gibberish. He’s getting there!

David loves to boast that Miles said “da da” first, but there are two problems with that:

1. Miles doesn’t associate those syllables with David.
2. We were trying to teach Miles to say “pa pa” for David.

PLUS, I’m pretty sure Miles said “ma ma” later that same day. Which begs the question…what SHOULD be considered his first word? Will we know when he finally puts together that David is “da da” and I’m “ma ma”?
