Yes, yes, more Disney. My logic is this: We’re planning on taking Miles to Walt Disney World at some point over the coming months. How terribly depressing would it be if we walked in, saw Mickey Mouse, and…nothing? So, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse is merely my effort in making sure that Miles at the very least recognizes the Fab Five (Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, & Pluto) when he sees them. It’s only an added bonus that, at least so far, he seems to love it.
In fact, if either my husband and I ever find ourselves humming the very catchy theme song, Miles almost reflexively looks at the television to see if it’s on. I want to reiterate that I don’t want Miles to grow up addicted to television (like I am, sadly). But if he’s going to want to watch something, I’m glad it’s Mickey Mouse and the gang.
Is that so wrong?
