Fowler Fall Bucket List




I feel like it’s become a bit of a cliche to say fall is your favorite season. And normally I’m VERY anti-cliche, but my love of this season is so powerful that I’m willing to be considered one of the masses.

I mean, what’s not to love? The sweltering heat subsides in exchange for light breezes and cool nights. It’s still warm enough to enjoy a meal outside (another favorite of mine), and it’s time to bust out the cute boots and cozy sweaters.

One thing I don’t love about the season is how quickly it seems to come and go. This year, I want to take advantage of some of the seasonal highlights…and I’m not talking about drinking a Pumpkin Spice Latte (one of the few autumnal things that I don’t enjoy).

Living the Dream

In my last post, I talked about how every decision we make should be moving us closer to our goals and the way we envision our ideal lives. I guess the next logical step is to figure out what those goals are and what that ideal life looks like. I think it’s pretty clear that I have little to no idea what I’m doing. Bachelor Weekends

Since both of our families live pretty far away (mine in Florida, his in Kansas), a visit takes a flight and usually a couple of days off from work. Since Miles was born, we made a commitment to visit each set of grandparents at least twice a year. I don’t know if you checked out any flights recently, but despite lower gas prices, they are not getting any cheaper.
